The cabinets are original and in beautiful condition. Not quite as red as the photo. the flooring was a light oak laminate that I hated. Now we are looking to replace it. Have tried samples of medium coloured bamboo(didn't like it), oak lam in a very similar colour, no go to monochromatic.The house is bright, bright year round. We will be doing granite counters in the near future, but the flooring is next.

Bamboo is definitely out, and would prefer not to do tile. Suggestions as to what colour and style of laminate or wood flooring ...... please!
