Is my cat palm dying???!

I've had this cat palm since the beginning of February and it looked like this at first but now it looks like this

It's leaning to one side and the tips of the leaves are turning brown...I'm really worried and I really want to save it. Any help would be appreciated. It was drained the day I bought it and I drained it again today but it's been looking like this for bout three days....
