Hello wonderful community! I am building a home and will have 8 recessed lights in my kitchen (going for the contemporary look like Bulthaup or Seimatic kitchens).

I am looking to get LED recessed lights and dont have a ton of money for these. I noticed there is some good options at Lowes and Home Depot and will probably go with these. However, I am not sure what size to select; 4 inch, 5 inch, 6 inch? I feel like a smaller light would be more subtle and elegant but I don't know if smaller size means I am sacrificing quality or quantity of light.

Any general advice? Any "affordable" recessed LEDs you'd recommend?
