Back to back flowering

One of my kerrii's has just finished back to back blooming. It finished blooming then the peduncles immediately grew more buds and started flowering again. I'm new to having hoyas that actually flower, is that a normal thing? Is it a kerrii thing or is it just a happy plant? It had two peduncles flowering and both have done this.

    I've had kerrii pushing out new buds before the first ones are open. I waited to snap pic after the first ones opened, but you can tell by how far along the 2nd set is that they were pushing out right behind the first set!

    That was a stellar year for kerrii!
