hi I'm hoping somebody can help me with this very technical issue. our contractors (who we fired), installed the delta pot filler faucet rough in behind the CT wall but did not account for the thickness of the Quartz backsplash! unfortunately now the wall is completely closed up with a 10 foot slab of stone and this faucet cannot be connected bc it doesn't fit. it needs an extension kit which delta does not offer and the big box hardware stores also do not carry the right size. new contractors tried to create an extension using a garden hose and brass pipe (3/3 x 1/2), but they are too big and there isn't a smaller size available either.....help! this is the feature I was looking forward to most....plus there's this ugly hole in the focal point of the newly renovated kitchen. help....thanks
