The fruit of the Chinaberry is poisonous to humans and small mammals and the leaves and roots seem to have some allelopathic properties and will inhibit the growth of other plants. There have been some reports that extracts from this very invasive tree have had some inswecticidal properties but not enough o allow it to exist.

I have 4 chickens...that seem to love the leaves....my neighbors want them chopped down but damn if that's not a lot of uses... Said trees are straight grained...on the northern border of my property...literally not in the way of anything...

What was printed in Wikipedia may not necessarily be BS but, in your area, are invasive speicies that displace natives that are more valuable.

Let the Chinaberry grow where it is native but remove them from where you are.
