Hello,

I've tried searching online to no avail. I have herbs growing in my office but within the past few weeks I've noticed a really tiny fast-moving brown bug on my herbs(basil, mint). They appear to be sucking the life out of the leaves. Seedlings will sprout but not go very far. I've sprayed with neem oil and also covered the leaves in diatomaceous earth. Some larger leaves will look as if a slug has passed over them. Others will have black edges or just be pale. What are they and what else can I do? They are so tiny (1/16"), that a cellphone camera won't pick them up well.
