My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Sandy. We always use IPE for our porches and decks and then let it weather to a natural silver grey. It lasts forever and requires little or no maintenance . If you have more questions, give me a call, Best GREG. 630 584-2735

      What size Ipe decking boards were used? Is it T&G or boards spaced apart? Thanks!

      Hi Eric, the Ipe is typical 5/4 by 6, spaced a fraction of an inch based on themoisture content at the time of installation. hopes this helps, my best Greg
