My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Vanity lighting

Admittedly I am hampered by the fact I am not in a position to rerun any wiring, so sconces are currently out of the question (but noted for a possible future bath redo). But where do people find over the mirror vanity lighting that doesn't look like it came from Home Depot, Lowe's, or some big box store?

I want something unique and interesting, leaning more toward a modern, sleek but somewhat industrial feel. It is a two vanity set up. More ambient, but a downward directing fixture could work if interesting enough. If metal, nickel/stainless steel-ish. Not bronze or oiled whatever. Other materials could work if interesting enough, too.

Does that make sense to anyone but me?
