Missing nuts and NO instructions.!!!

I'm so angry with this product. Not only was it missing a vital nut but it came with no instructions and in several different parts. I re-wired it 4 times before I finally started started to make sense of the order of pieces however that was one time too many because the wire roping became slack and in repairable.!! Please return my money asap.!!!
