Are you willing/able to apply via sprayer?

Does the pendimethalin pre-emergent work on both broad leaf weeds (e.g. oxalis) and grassy weeds (e.g. crabgrass, goosegrass)?

Oxalis, crabgrass and goosegrass are on the list of controlled weeds for pendimethalin. Also Poa Annua and a bunch others.

Prodiamine & dithiopyr dimension are both pretty easy to find. Dimension kills baby crabgrass up to single tiller which is pretty unique, but it is harder to find than prodiamine

I used Dimension (dithiopyr) last year and had good results. The previous two years, I used pedimethalin and also had good results. No noticeable difference regarding crabgrass. However, the pedimethalin seemed to provide better control over lespedeza (a woody weed).

You can get standalone prodiamine (Stonewall) and Dimension at Lesco.

Yes. Granular for spreading. 0-0-7 dimension and 0-0-8 stonewall.

I need to stop by Lesco more.

I live in a suburb north of Dallas and we do not have any Lesco stores, just Home Depot, Lowes and Walmart. I have used the Lesco 0-0-7 and Halts Crabgrass Preventer with some success. I was able to get fairly good control of Poa Annua in winter, crabgrass and other grassy weeds in summer, but poor or no control of oxalis. Also, limited control of goosegrass in the winter. I follow Neil Sperry's recommendation for Pre-M application (second week of march and sept) for my area. I would love to try prodiamine, but not sure where to pick up the granular bags from? Not sure I could do the sprayer for liquid Prodiamine, never done that before.

Prodiamine is kick-ass. People speak well of dithiopyr as well.
