fungus on seeds

I started some kumquat seeds in wet paper towel.

Got to the point where they are starting to sprout, but now I have fungus.

What do you guys use?
I don't use commercial fungicides, so I don't have any on hand.

So I am wondering if anybody has tried:

- chamomile tea

- apple cider vinegar

- hydrogen peroxide

- milk?

- bleach (this I consider a last resort)

Dosage and soak times?

I just generally use these as fungicides, but I don't really know which fungi they are effective for.

Should I even try to pry off the seed coat?
