I'm trying to get a name and manuf. for you but the large hardie panels are a dark bronze (close match to the window exterior (Andersen 100 - dark bronze - can be found @ http://www.andersenwindows.com/products/series/100-series/ ) . Hope this helps! I'll post a spec if I'm given one.

By closed rain screen you mean that the gap between the panels is closed correct? The top and bottom is still vented....?
