My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Really, just a beautiful contrast of that traditional old world style with new more modern clean bronze windows.

    This was technically a ground-up. There was an old garage that we salvaged and repurposed the wood siding for the new shiplap ceilings. It was important that we maintained a complementary look to the existing centaury old primary residence. The attached picture shows the primary residence which we will start remodeling this spring. Lauren Crocco was the Architect for this project. She did a great job keeping this properties old world style, while adding some modern touches.
