Our preconstruction group can take your thoughts and ideas and put pen to paper to create the home of your dreams, from new construction to additions, remodels, roof repair, updates and tenant improvements. Using either the Design/Build process or General Contracting, we have different options to suit each client to make sure that they are getting the proper design contract in place. Plans and permits are a very big concern for many of our clients and we are happy to assist in this phase, meeting with city government to define the work we intend to complete. Once the construction phase begins, we will keep you updated on how the project is progressing and what decisions need to be made to keep the schedule on track and under budget.
