Could you clarify your question? The whole set-up is weird so I'm not sure what you are looking for. If seeds produce plants but those plants don't produce fruit then the issue is the growing conditions provided, not the seeds. And air layering isn't necessary with tomato plants and over-complicates. They readily root from simple cuttings.

I just wanted to show off these plants. I get ripe fruit from other varieties, this is the only one with problems. I use air layering because I get larger healthier plants faster.

Looks like you need lots more of high quality light.

I use four twenty three watt lights and a 26 watt CFL. It also is near a 125 watt CFL. The other one has a 12 watt LED and get light from a 289 I believe watt LED. Another one get a lot to of light from other lights and a 23 watt CFL.

I am testing this approach for when my Cherokee Purple can be cloned. The internode is only long on one. The one with the twenty three watt is a little leggy and the suckers are small. I keep the lights on for 18 hours. They flower often, but I remove the flowers. Thanks I will get them more light.
