For the two three piece windows, you could hang a rod or shade almost to the rafters and have just the peak of the triangle exposed, which should look okay. Or you could forego treatments and use a stick on film for privacy and light control. For the doors, there are lots of options.

I like the idea of film, if you need privacy or sunblock. Otherwise? I'd leave these unique features alone- let the architecture shine. Concentrate on fun artwork that makes the girl room happy. Maybe even a favored color painted on the wall, to accent. Sure- favored colors change. But paint is easy to change.

Triangle windows are tough, but you get great light in there. So maybe just a privacy curtain from the square windows down in the game room which would still let light in.
