Trouble with foliage may indicate problems with roots. Can you see mold with a magnifying glass, either on the leaves or on the soil surface? Is the latter a sterile medium, and what is the soil temperature?

Yes I think there is definitely some mold at play. The soil in my trays has green stuff, that kind of looks like moss, growing on top. I try to scrape that off but it's hard to get it all and it always comes back. I am not sure about my soil temp. But my basement is cool, right around 60 degrees. And I did nothing to sterilize my seed starter mix, it is right out of the bag. I really hope this doesn't wipe them out. Right now it's just my salvias that are affected. My other flower seedlings still look ok.

You might try watering with a weak camomile tea. Also, if possible, water from the bottom and let the top soil dry out some. You might need a commercial fungicide if it's already on larger leaves.
