Savlia seedlings infected

Can anyone tell me what might be going on with my salvia splendens seedlings? I started them at the beginning of Feb and they were doing great! Now I notice they are getting brown speckles and this plant in the photo seems to be the worst with the leaves curling and turning brown. A fungus maybe? Is there a way to stop it? I do have a tendency to over-water. The seedlings are in my basement under a fluorescent light. I do occasionally spritz them with hydrogen peroxide and have also sprinkled cinnamon on them, since I heard both can help prevent fungal infections.
