My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Does a 4 inch center set mean the same as 8 inch spread?

    No, they are not the same thing. 4-inch centerset faucets are the ones you have pictured. They require 3 holes, 2 for the plumbing and 1 for the pop-up drain to connect through. 8-inch widespread faucets have seperate bases and aren't built on a single deckplate like centerset faucets. You will need to check your current sink to see which kind of faucet you can install on there.
