If concerned pick the better looking of the two and cut the other off. Since it looks in the second shot like all of the top has the correct foliage apparently the unlabeled one in the center is not a rootstock sprout, might be the better one to keep.

Thank you both. Steve is right about the graft line, I could see slightly different stem pattern.

Keep them both.

Yes you have a main single base. Maybe put a separator in between but I would keep both. It looks like each branch holds half of the tree. I would tip all the ends letting the plant fill in a bit.
