My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The ceiling is a pine ceiling and the floors are oak. Since they were existing we had to develop a custom finish with a flooring sub to get the color just right. No set formula to share. A great way to test colors is to do some test areas under a spot that will get cabinets.
