Desperately need help with layout before buying furniture

Desperately in need of help! I am attaching photos of possible layout ideas for dining/living room. I cannot decide!
Priorities:
-comfortable seating for two around the tv.
-Not too cluttered!
Any other ideas I haven't thought of? What do you think of these?
