I had a Forbo floor installed several years ago in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry areas. I was most pleased at the appearance and excited about it being Eco friendly. From the very beginning I saw scratches on the surface, some very deep. These appeared in all three areas. Then I had a small flood that required removing the Marrmoleum from the bathroom and laundry. These have now been down for a few years in heavily used areas without a scratch. The kitchen floor continues to accrue scratches and gouges and look pretty bad. Is it possible that the first roll was defective?
