That would look great with the white shaker cabinets and do a little darker on the backsplash.

I would do the super white, just find a fabricator that will hone it to give you more durability.

I like the super white quartzite, but with that veining, if you have seams they have to be planned very carefully or you will not like the result. If the wide veins can be planned so the either run off an end or side, fine. But if they are in the middle where a seam is needed, you will need more material to ensure a nice match and seam.

This would have to be a total redo not an add on for this island and counter top. If you want that you need a very respectful counter top company to not see no seam!!
