Mirror is mounted too high on the wall. Get rid of the yellow. Add buffet lamps and a shallow bowl of white orchids.

I'd keep it very simple. Would love to see a small low wattage lamp on the left and a plant or grouping of flowers on the right.
Love the mirror. The smaller items you have there now could be relocated.

This table appears to close to an entry?..if so I would take a more functional approach..perhaps a beautiful basket under the table as a catch all and to cover the outlet and wires that may be needed for lamp/s....as to the top ...a tray or bowl for keys or mail...some open space to drop other things temporarily....and since the table and mirror are statement pieces I would avoid any small decorative pieces to detract from that..The other aspect fighting success here is that the parts are not relating well in this area..the crystal chandelier is out of sync ...the silver and gold and glass elements conflict as well ..

You decorate with symmetry. I would do two lamps on each end with something soft and decorative in the middle. That mirrors looks like it is hung too high.
