My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Before Those pink tiles were the last memory that the entire interior of our home was pink when we purchased it! So wish we had taken photos of it back then.

After, half wall gone we can see our living room from upstairs now, Yay!!!

My favorite part of our remodel was adding access to under our stairs, our kids new favorite hideout!

      A Makingspace The rug was from Overstock. It is the Safavieh Hudson Diamond Shag in Ivory/Grey. We love the rug! It was a great price, it is super soft, and does a great job hiding dirt!

      Thank you OPPEIN Group, I agree, we do plan on adding built-ins or possibly windows with bench storage on each side of the fireplace. It definitely needs something once we have the money in our budget.

      The hardwood floors you chose are gorgeous! I agree with all the comments... the whole space looks completely different. It's totally modern, yet looks really comfy and livable too. What a great transformation!
