Did you get your toilet installed properly? I purchase one, and have the same issue. The contractor won't warrant the installation and plumber says I may have leaks. He doesn't think he can tighten it enough and that the toilet will wobble (not be secure) when someone sits. Any advice?

We have updated our toilets allowing access through the side of our toilets. You are able to tighten the bolts through the side access holes with a wrench or your hands.

personal recommend not to seal bottom using silicon b/c when drain (wax ring) is leaked water will damage your sub-floor also until you smell bad is kind of late....leave the gap so you can see water came out meant wax ring is leaked.
