If you are not facing surgery for your injury, then you need
to be very careful with your herbal supplement intake. My past experience with a broken fibula led me
to consume lots of nettle infusions to obtain minerals and phytonutrients for
the healing process.

Have you considered eating a healthy, largely plant-based diet instead of taking a bunch of supplements whose ingredients, contaminants and effects are largely unknown/unproven?

@chervil2 No ,thankfully i'm not facing a surgery but, unfortunately enough, i also have an autonomous nervous system disorder since ages that i'm trying to balance, plus an HPV infection, recently rouse up from my past. I just need to know which of my medication is absolutely necessary to exclude ,regarding blood thickening and blood sugar levels.

No need to go full vegan - but having a substantial portion of one's diet come from fruits and vegetables is generally a good idea.

As for contaminants - this is a longstanding problem in the poorly regulated supplement industry.

Yes ... many of them affect blood clotting (the ginseng, especially) which can increase bruising and slow healing.

Just stop them ALL and talk to your physician.

Having quit all the supplements for now, i'm relying on a special diet for bones ,plus some extra smoothies ,veggies ,calcium and vit.D ,hoping for a good result.
