Buy some foamcore. Cut to the size of a door. Prime and paint the foamcore with the extra wall paint if you have any or with new semigloss in the same color as the wall paint. Prop up the foamcore and see if you like the color.

I think the cabinets would look great an off white color.

Off white with dark hardware would look pretty. I think you can get a stainless refrigerator if you get a stainless microwave. You can get away with black cook top because it is across the room.

Take your time selecting the right "off white" paint. Better to spend $100 on sample paints than to pick the wrong shade.
