crown molding or skip it?

hello my decorating friends. I have hung a bathroom cabinet (shown in picture) with a dental crown molding attached to it. Would you also add a dental crown to the wall above the cabinet to give it a finishing touch or do you think that's to close in proximity of the cabinet crown molding?
