Hmn...I'll give it a try, the first a cherry, the second a flowering almond..some call it double flowering plum.

Both are sorts of Prunus. The first looks like a plum. The second like a peach or nectarine.

Agree with both, plum/cherry for first and peach/nectarine for second. You'll find out soon enough!

I'd go with plum rather than cherry for the top one due to the lack of long flower stalks and the nature of bark, buds and twigs.

this will be fun come summer assuming you have fruit set. I mention that because most prunus require cross-pollination. Plums and Cherrys don't cross very well. There are of course self-fertile verities of each but if you get very little or no fruit this year that maybe why.
