Stephane, I would definitely pot up and with your weather becoming warmer and new growth about to commence. They should really show good growth this summer.

My preference when potting one up such as the one that you are holding. Is to pot at the same level as it is now, then raise it later on or with the next potting up. I like the base to grow larger under the soil. Raising can be done at any time, but once you raise them. Not a good idea to ever bury them any deeper.

Adeniums do well underpotted, but I believe that they grow much wider if destined to do so, given the room to do so.

Should I pot them in 4 or 5 inch pots? Or bigger? I've never had big Adenium so this is a first for me. I heard that I need to leave 1 inch between the caudex and the rim of the pot, but what about the roots? How much space between the sides of the pot and the root should there be?

Stephane, I usually try and have approximately 1"-2" on either side of the caudex and pot edge. Sometimes this is different depending on the root structure and this is where you want to give the extra width in pot to accommodate them. When you go with really large pots, bigger than what we are speaking of now, the soil dries out slower and you need to water according to this.

You may find some needing different sizes and as well.

Thank you Rick. I don't want to go too big because I only got used to watering small pots and so far, I haven't lost anything due to root rot so I'll probably pot them in 4 inch pots for now just to give them a little bit more room :)
