My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Do you confirm the day and time of delivery?

The description indicates the tub is only delivered curbside and I don't want someone taking my tub from the street. Do you the day and time of delivery so someone can be home to bring it in the house?

Thank you for contacting us! We use FedEx freight to deliver the tub. They will call you to schedule a day and time of drop off so you can make sure you have help to bring the tub wherever it needs to go. If you need anything else please let us know.
