Growing Tomatoes

No true leaves forming

I'm curious to know if a seedling that hasn't formed true leaves at 3wks is doomed to fail, or will they show up at some point? It's an otherwise healthy looking little plant, but it's 3 siblings are beginning to work on their second set of true leaves and will be potted up soon.

Can you post a photo? After 3 weeks since germination they should have at least 2 sets of true leaves. They grow that quickly normally. So something is off.

PS: also include some details on your growing conditions - soil mix, watering regimen, temps, light, etc.

Never got to take a photo, but I see tiny leaves forming today. I guess it was just a slow starter.
