I'm going to try and do next month's block. What are 1930's prints? Do places like Joann's have any?

Not a silly question! Google 1930s reproduction fabrics and look at images. They are usually small prints, often have whimsical designs of little people, animals, etc. I don't think I have every gotten any at JoAnns, but at my local quilt shop. After you look at some pictures online, that might help when you go shopping.

They always remind me of my Grannie's aprons or dresses. Do you know, I NEVER saw my Grannie in anything BUT a dress??? Lots of these fabrics are available on line, too.

I love 30s fabrics. The quilt on my bed right now is 30s. The first blocks or fabrics, I ever sewed were those way way back when I was 8 or 9. Running short, maybe time to buy.

I Love repro fabrics! I've not seen any at Joanne's, but find all mine online or at a quilt shop.

I was in JoAnn's last night and they did have some new fabric in that reminded me of vintage prints.. might want to check them out
