Can the bracket provided go outside mount and through stucco?

My entry way is west facing with blinding sun when door is opened. Like to hang this installing the bracket through the stucco. Can the bracket be installed as an 'outside mount' configuration over the door and will it be sturdy through the stucco?? Thx
