I can't find this weed

I've searched for over an hour and no luck. I live in Texas zone 9. Drives me crazy, it's a woody type stem with a tiny yellow flower. I thought it might be dogbane but this has a serrated leaf. It can get about 2 foot or more. I'm tired of pulling them up because they just keep multiplying. I want to kill them for good.

Possible Sida. Do the blooms have 5 petals? Many species within the genus.

Yes. I received an answer for the agricultural agent and he said a Sida that is also called ironweed. It's also hard to kill.
