What is the fireplace opening?

Can this be used for a fireplace off the floor 16"? The fireplace itself is 28.5" tall, so we need 44.5" clearance from bottom of mantle to end of opening, minimum.
Does the hearth come with it or separate?

    Can this be used for a fireplace off the floor 16"?

    Possibly, you have 2 options.

    1. You can submit a custom order to have the legs taller than they are currently. The maximum height of the legs are 48". The Mantel Height is 12", so maximum total height would be 60".

    2. If you add a hearth to the order, you could raise the total height.
