They stock many US brands (this looks like a very American scheme to me). Just be sure to ask them what the Martindale rub test score is. As a US company they show the Wyzenbeek score which is completely different and it's impossible to show a table of equivalents.
For light to general domestic use you need a rub test score of 25,000-35,000 rubs (Martindale). Wyzenbeek scores can appear to be high but are often ridiculously low by UK standards.

Since I left my previous comment, I've heard that Robert Allen is leaving the UK altogether. I'm really saddened by this as I regularly bought fabrics for my clients from them. I loved the way that at their showroom at Chelsea Harbour Design Centre all their full length sampes were hung in colour order so that I didn't have to wade through mountains of sample books. I like the 'American' look, I found that their fabrics were well priced and the service exemplary. I will miss them.
