Fertilize new sod

I had a landscaping company resod my backyard with Kentucky Blue Grass sod in July of last year. I watered regularly and the new sod seemed very healthy but I did not fertilize and it turned slightly yellow during the winter. What is the best fertilizer to apply this spring? I live in Michigan if it makes a difference.
