How long are the 4 arms from ceiling to shower head. Also can you install wand anywhere and away from jets. Also can you install the valves and hot and cold away from jets on another wall thank you

I have a customer who bought the 24" juno oil rubbed bronze shower head and system, do you offer a 1/2" ips flex hose to connect the shower head or would you need a solid pipe to support the shower head to the ceiling ?? It is a very tight space to work in and I dont want to damage the head or scratch the pipes supporting the shower head ??
