Lovely plant and flowers are earlier than those of its parents. It's a very pretty colour.

I grow it in a more xeric condition and it does not like it. My guess is that it likes a richer more average conditions. My conditions are pretty limey and gritty with almost full day sun with not much irrigation in hot hot Texas.

Im in the uk i grow it in a well drained compost in a pot. Doesnt get very big here due to our poor weather but does flower well. Lime may be the problem as i believe a ph of 6-6.5 is better. Most Leucanthas are no goos here as they tend to flower late and by then we get frosts. I have got this to flower by August so i had flowers for a month or so before the frosts.
