I'm so sorry you are having this problem. It seems crazy. I would document what's going on with photographs and get them to Speed Queen.

Run a nylon stocking around the washers tub, pay extra attention to the *weld* line. Some of the SQ are going out the door before the weld seam is finished.

I am confused. You posted this on the other thread.

In any case something isn't right. I have a SQ TL and wash everything including antique fabrics/ linens, wool, towels and clothing with no problems. We also have a dozen machines in our business that wash big fairly delicate items in mass quantities with no issues. In addition to the weld line, make sure the agitator is pushed down all the way. I had some thing get caught under it once. What detergents/chemicals are you using? We use a lot of bleach in our business and still don't have problems but maybe that contributes.

I would definitely talk to SQ and see what they have to say.
