I would definitely remove the flowers. Letting them bloom can inhibit rooting. Use a very small scissors if you need to.

Dave, but i am going to be sad if i remove flowers, because i never never did have a chance to see and / or touch any big citrus tree, i live in a very cold climate. to have a lemon tree is like the whole world is mine. Thanks Dave

But it may not be rooted yet. You could get flowers and never get roots. Your choice!

I agree with the others, prune away the flowers to promote better future growth. Your cuttings are putting out blooms in response to what they see as a life threatening situation - they have been trimmed away and are attempting to reproduce before they die.

no matter what happens now to flowers but does it mean that I may not wait many years for my rooting to produce fruits because some people say it takes few years for rooting to start flowering, and my rooting flowers now and i am excited that it will not take years to flower again, i know i am silly but I do not know anything about lemons and i feel happy

If its a cutting, it will remember the age of the mother plant and be able to flower as the mother plant would. It may take it a few years to get to a good size to any carry fruit successfully but if its healthy it should still flower and try to set fruit of which I would pull the fruit off. If the flowers are whats most important to you right now leave them, it just may not have enough energy to root as well. As long as you know and are willing to potentially sacrifice the cutting for it, who cares. Enjoy your flowers!
