Not any harder than other colors. But it is a good practice to make sure you burners are clean or at least grease free prior to cooking. Burnt pot bottoms are usually caused by the grease burning into bottom of your pot/pan. The white would probably be the easiest to stain and hardest to clean. But other than that, no harder than red blue or whatever.
