As above, there isn't much you can do but enjoy the funkiness of your floor plan. The fun with these weird splits is you have a little bit more you can do with flooring. You can play a bit more with your materials. Think of it as a way of breaking the mold rather than trying to stuff that funky house into a cookie cutter.
