Hopefully I'll try another plant. I didn't do any research before I bought a bare root division. It died quite quickly. The grower said that others he had died too. So when I find a growing, established plant, I'll try it again.

You could always go for an alba species like C walkeriana Sborchid

SBO has other white catts that might interest you too.

This Catt has tripled in growth and is full of spikes.

Here's a photo taken with only a few flowers open. Many sheaths still opening.

Pure white, I see no other color. Beautiful and very pure white. No fragrance.

I had forgotten about that cattleya. I'll have to email and see if he has any available.. I don't lthink I have anything he'd be interested in trading for, but perhaps he'll sell me a piece of they plant. Thanks for the reminder.
