A question - are the spots increasing or getting larger?

If so, I'd suspect something working from the underside. May be the same color as the leaves. If not, probably not important.

Don't know where you are but they look big enough to go outdoors. What are the temperatures?

Last year I had same spots problem with eggplant, and they all died (spots became large and large, leafs fell off). I'm afraid same will be this time with tomatoes. Sprayed them with some insecticide, will see what it does... It's too cold to plant them outdoor, soil still ice and snow.
