Entryway - help!!! 4 doors!

have a bit of an unusual entryway space with 4 doors off of it and a set of stairs...
There is the main entrance door, French doors to the office, a door to the garage and a door to our 2 bedroom suite rental. Then there are the stairs up to our living space.
It's a bit awkard and I don't know if I want something on each side of the entryway or not... I'd like an entryway table (like the one that is there now), a place to sit and put your shoes on with possible storage, and some hooks for jackets... a nice jute carpet may be nice rather than the 3 that are there
