That looks to me like the weedy lamium. I get it in my front beds all the time and in fact would show u a photo but I just pulled it all yesterday . It'll be back though! Haha

Definitely a weed... Kind of looks like garlic mustard to me. Definitely needs to come out but do be careful with that knee:-) I hope you heal up well

Yes, it's garlic mustard and needs to come out. Bag it and throw it in the trash, because those tiny flower buds will mature and produce seed, even after being uprooted.
